Rescheduling requests received within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure will be subject to a rescheduling fee. A cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure will incur a penalty amounting to the full cost of the flight plus an additional cancellation fee. Exceptions may be considered at Valdecott Aviation's discretion.
