Cancellation Policy
An advance notice of 72 hours prior to the date of your booking is required for any flight cancellation and rescheduling requests. Rescheduling requests received within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure will be subject to a rescheduling fee. A cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure will incur a penalty amounting to the full cost of the flight plus an additional cancellation fee. Exceptions may be considered at Valdecott Aviation's discretion.
